"Don't you have some pants to steal? You sicko!"

- Evelyn to Frank.

Mary Margaret is a criminal who took the name Evelyn. She is currently one of Sue's friends who lives on the same street. She lives with her husband Goomer. She is a bully of Frank after Goomer convinced her that Frank was threatening himself and her privately. She is voiced by Eileen Fogarty.

Biography[]

Evelyn is the wife of Goomer. She is aware of her husband’s strange behavior but finds it to be innocuous, and believes his outlandish lies he uses to cover it up things she wouldn’t readily forgive. She is easily manipulated by Goomer when he says that all of Frank's clothes are his and that Frank stole them and threatened to hurt them if he told.

She and Goomer are childless, because during the only time he got her pregnant, it ended in a miscarriage. She trys to have a sexual relationship with Goomer on multiple times but Goomer trys to dodge the advances, though when she seduces him in Frank and Sue’s bed he seems eager to reciprocate. While Evelyn very clearly pines for a child, Goomer is too heartbroken to try again. During Sue's baby shower, she can't stop using the word baby during a game meant to avoid the word. Becoming distant and depressed over the topic.

Evelyn is rail-thin and gullible.

In the season 5 finale, it had been revealed that her real name is Mary Margaret; however, whether this is her full first name or "overall" full name has not been specified.

Trivia[]

  • It is implied in Thank You So Much that while she wants to have children she may want specifically a daughter and name her Geraldine since she called Vic's son Geraldine even though he is a boy.
